9. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising out of or related to these terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California. Any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in San Francisco, California.

10. Changes to Terms AssetFi reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
